KNO3 Dementia Scale

The scale goes from 1 to 10.  Read on.

After a few notable postings on the different pyrotechnics lists in the last few days, I've decided to introduce everyone to my KNO3 Dementia Scale. It is a scale of the degree of dementia caused by over exposure to KNO3.

Over exposure to KNO3 can usually be diagnosed in a person who shows three or more of the following symptoms:

1. Passive aggressive behavior
2. Egocentricity
3. Argumentativeness
4. Obsessiveness
5. Opinionated responses to any subject
6. Secretive behavior
7. Stubbornness
9. Obesity
10. Disbelief of well accepted truths
11. Poor hearing
12. Compulsive behavior
13. Incapability of counting from 1 to 12
14. Urge to fly to Thailand


I have documented all postings on my favorite pyro site and have rated all members on the scale which goes from 1 (completely normal) to 10 (think Tasmanian Devil with a lit 10" bottom shot). For your own private evaluation, please send me $10 and an SAE.

To become adept at using the scale itself and to evaluate your close friends, list the last 10 postings you have seen and rate the poster from 1 to 10 using the number of items displayed by the above list... Add up the total scores. The number you get should be approximately 85 for most pyros.
